Mini-Soccer Centre
We are delighted to be able to continue our Saturday morning FA-affiliated Mini-Soccer Centre into its tenth year. Join the Centre and experience well-structured skills training brought to you by well qualified FA coaches.
The coaching is led by Shelley Strange, a UEFA 'B' Licence coach formerly at Reading Football Club Academy. She is also qualified in FA Youth Modules 1, 2 and 3.
The Centre is managed administratively by Trevor Howell, AFC Henley Vice Chairman/Treasurer.
It offers a carefully managed introduction to club football. At Y3 (U8), members are gradually introduced to competitive matches and may play in occasional friendlies involving visiting clubs. They then progress to 7-a-side league football at U9.
Children may attend as and when they wish and pay for each session individually. Alternatively, advance payments can be made for any number of weeks, if preferred.
Venue: Jubilee Park, Reading Road, Henley-on-Thames (opp. Tesco).
