Not only is 2024 the 50th anniversary of our founding as a club and the year we've launched our new branding, it's also the year that work will start on our full-sized 3G pitch!

As one of the largest clubs in the league we provide an outstanding football experience to nearly 600 kids, aged from 5 to 18. We consistently strive to improve the variety and quality of our offering and the 3G pitch project will take this to another level.

It will mean we can coach more kids, more often and in all weathers. We'll be able to start earlier in the morning, stay on later in the evening and play more matches against more teams!

The total cost of the 3G project will come in at a cool £1 million.

Thankfully the majority of this is being covered by the Football Foundation and our own Henley Town Council who have both proved to be wonderful ambassadors for the game and this valuable community project.

However, AFC Henley need to fundraise £10,000 as our contribution towards the project.
